From
Anyport Quay take an hours boat trip along the coast to the seal
colony on the rocky shore line and small rocky outcrops. You
will also see nesting sea birds and if you are very lucky dolphins
sometimes can be seen riding the wake of the boat.
The
trips last for either one or two hours and we run throughout the
year. All our boats are licensed by the MCA and carry full
safety equipment.
Directions: Follow brown tourist signs to Anyport quay. Boats

Oldbrook House has been
a family home for over 250 years and is still lived in today. See
the family portraits, furniture and a collection of military
uniforms. The dairy has been restored to how it used to be in the
early 19th century. There are 7 acres of gardens to explore, with ponds,
herbaceous borders and a topiary garden. |

watermill, set in magnificent gardens. It is one of the last working
watermills in the county.
Look around the
old mill, see the old machinery in action, and look at the displays

Classic
English castle, surrounded by 500 acres of parkland and a vineyard.
Although part of the castle is in ruins, the great hall and some of
the living quarters still survive and contain a collection of
furnishings and tapestries. There are signposted walks through the
park to the deer enclosures. |

romance of the steam age on a seven mile stretch of the Anytown
Railway. Trains run on all days throughout the summer and on
weekends at other times of the year. Have a snack in the restaurant
car and visit the museum before joining the train for you return

Founded in the 6th Century, this Abbey is at the very roots of
Christianity in England and has been a monastic site for almost a
thousand years. There is an
excellent museum
and information centre with fascinating exhibits discovered during
